We kindly invite you to review these terms carefully, as they outline payment conditions, cancellation policies, guest responsibilities, and important information related to your reservation.
GENERAL HOUSE GUIDELINES:
Guest rooms are intended solely for registered guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
Pets are not permitted inside guest rooms or hotel premises.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the comfort and privacy of others by avoiding excessive noise. Quiet hours apply from 00:00 (midnight) until 07:00.
Be careful not to move the articles in the Hotel or guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.
Hotel furnishings and equipment should remain in their designated places unless otherwise authorized.
Any damage to hotel property may result in a charge covering repair or replacement costs.
Αccess to the pool and restaurant areas may also be granted to external visitors, subject to availability and management discretion.
The consumption of food and beverages purchased outside the hotel is not permitted in the restaurant and pool areas.
Check-in: from 14:00 (Our reception desk is available 24/7 for arrivals and assistance.)
Check out: until 11:00 (If you wish to extend your departure time, please contact the reception on the morning of your departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
For your convenience, luggage storage and a courtesy shower room are available if needed.)
Flexible reservation conditions:
Α valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days before arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Non-refundable reservation conditions:
The total reservation amount is charged at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.
This rate cannot be amended or refunded under any circumstances.
The Hotel does not store full credit card details.
